This centre has fantastic rates especially when you are a start up company. The centre had a personal touch to it and one of my favourite touches were the automatic ceiling lights which turn on as you pass, which is practical but great for energy efficiency as well. They provide a fantastic package so definitely worth giving it a try. You won't be disappointed.

Office summary
This business center occupies the second floor of a new commercial ferro-concrete and blue-glass building in Al Barsha 1. Completed and handed over in 2008, the building has three dedicated service elevators extending down the base parking areas. The centre's interior is typically set out in elegant design from the wallpapers to lighting. In the lobby, the ceiling lights automatically switch on as someone passes by thus providing a more natural ambience whilst saving on energy. Office desks and other furniture are all imported and there are wall paintings to add colour and life in every office.
